WAYEAL Ships Helium Leak Testing Vacuum Chamber for Data Center CDUs
WAYEAL dispatched a helium leak testing vacuum chamber for a customer's data center CDU application after design, production, and pre-shipment preparation.
WAYEAL has dispatched a helium leak testing vacuum chamber project for a customer’s data center cooling distribution unit (CDU) application. In a September 30, 2026 update, Oliver Qi shared the project manager’s account of the work behind the shipment, together with photos of the equipment and dispatch preparations.
The delivery brought together design, procurement, production, commissioning, pre-shipment acceptance, and dispatch under a tight schedule. The project manager reported that the equipment had shipped on three trucks.
From Design To Dispatch
A custom vacuum chamber project depends on coordination across engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and equipment preparation. The manager’s account followed the project through each of these stages and thanked the colleagues who helped bring it to shipment.
The final preparations required sustained coordination as the team brought the equipment through commissioning and pre-shipment acceptance to dispatch.

Leak Testing For Liquid Cooling Equipment
CDUs are part of data center liquid cooling infrastructure, where sealing integrity is an important equipment requirement. This project adds a customer delivery example to WAYEAL’s work in helium leak detection and vacuum chamber testing for liquid cooling applications.
Manufacturers evaluating a similar inspection step can discuss their assembly dimensions, connection layout, target leak rate, and production requirements with the WAYEAL team. Those requirements guide the choice of chamber, fixture, and test configuration for each application.

A Shipment Milestone
The dispatch marks the completion of the shipment stage described in the project update. It also recognizes the work of the people who coordinated the equipment’s progress from design through pre-shipment preparation.
